Please read the following terms and conditions of hire as you will be required to sign a copy before we leave your premises.

1.       A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable and those using it at all times, no matter what age the children may be.

2.       Only children up to the age 14 years unless otherwise stated

3.       No shoes to be worn or sharp objects e.g.: jewellery, glasses, buckles: Do not get sand on the inflatable as this causes serious damage.

4.       No face – paints, party poppers, coloured streamers or ‘silly string’ must be used near on the inflatable as they can make a terrible mess and permanently strain the unit

5.      Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front step, as children could easily bounce off the inflatable and get hurt. The step is there to help users get on and off only.

6.       Do not allow animals on the inflatable: Ensure the area is clear of animal excrement

7.       No eating on and no bbq’s near the inflatable

8.       No smoking or drinking on or near the inflatable

9.       Do not overcrowd the inflatable. Do not allow children to climb up, hang off or sit on top of the inflatable.  Strictly no acrobatics. Do not allow children to become too boisterous.  Ensure there is first aid equipment available in the event of an injury.

10.   Please make the area behind the inflatable where the blower is sited out of bounds.  Please check the blower regularly to ensure it remains intact and that no rubbish is stuck in the fan.

11.   Never turn off blower when inflatable is in use.

12.   Occasionally check the inflatable is still securely pegged down.

13.   In the event of heavy rain, it is the hirer’s responsibility to switch the inflatable off.  Any wetness, including bubbling can be dried with a towel.  A  small picnic table placed over the blower, will help prevent rain – water being sucked into the blower, and then into the inflatable.

14.   If the castle fails for any reason evacuate immediately to prevent injury.  Switch off and check the blower has not come off or untied. If so slip tube back on and tie.  If not phone me on 07748068929

15.   Once the castle has been inflated I will not be held responsible for any accidents or injuries caused.  The safe operation of the inflatable becomes your responsibility.

16.   You the hirer are responsible for any damage that may be caused to the inflatable including theft or any items missing on its return

17.   Please do not deflate the inflatable prior to collection. If you have turned it off please re- inflate 10 minutes prior to collection

I fully understand that I am fully responsible for the inflatable while in my care, and will pay for any loss or damage done while in my care. I fully accept and have read the conditions above.
